Road Atlanta Circuit Race
Recognized
as one the world’s best road courses and
was the site of the 2008 Tour of Georgia Team Time
Trial. The facility is situated on 750 park-like acres
in rolling hills, 35 miles north of Atlanta. With 2.54 miles,12 turns, significant elevation changes and
sweeping curves, Road Atlanta has many of the
same characteristics as fast mountain roads. With
technical turns, elevation changes and a
straight-away of over one mile in length; the closed
course with no yellow line rule will make for
interesting racing. |

Gwinnett Center Criterium
Day two brings theracers to one of the crown jewels of the Southeast,
the Gwinnett Center in Duluth. Participants will race
around a 0.7 mile loop in a lot at the front doors of
the Gwinnett Arena. This is anything but your average
parking lot crit, with an inclined front stretch,
and fast, technical back stretch, this crit will challenge
the racers both physically and mentally. |

Harbins Road Race
Out to the country for day 3 of the Gwinnett Bike Fest, and things don’t seem
to be getting any easier. The Harbins Road Race will start/finish at Harbins Park, one of Gwinnett County’s nationally famous parks. Riders will be
challenged on this 7 mile loop of rolling hills. Stationed
at the top of the biggest climb, riders can see the start/finish line from over a half mile away, and
have to prepare with the physical and mental pain
that lies ahead. |

Harbins Time Trial (morning)
Not far from the Harbins Road Race, riders will compete in a 5.6 mile time trial in thesame general area of Lawrenceville/Dacula. Starting at Harbins Elementary, riders will race to complete the 5.6 mile loop in the fastest time. With some slight elevations, riders will travel through some beautiful back country roads of
Gwinnett County.
Downtown Norcross Criterium (afternoon)
From the country to one of Gwinnett’s historic downtown’s for race number 5. For over a century, Downtown Historic Norcross has been the economic and social hub
of the community. Several of its buildings were
originally constructed in 1890, and over time have been home to mercantile stores, livery stables,
restaurants and churches and even a theatre.
Today, it remains an energetic center of enterprise,
with unique retail and an eclectic offering
of cuisine and entertainment, as well as services
such as automotive parts, legal support, and accounting
and insurance services among others. Riders will race on a one-mile loop in this historic
district. |

Progress Center Circuit Race
TheGwinnett Bike Fest wraps up on it’s traditionalfinale course, a 2.6 mile loop in one of Gwinnett’s
beautiful technical/business parks. Every year,
this course determines winners and losers of the
Gwinnett Bike Fest, and 2010 will be no different.
The venue provides a relaxed, but challenging feel with hills and turns. A perfect final venue to
determine the Champions of the Biggest Road
Race in the Southeast. |
